On June 25, 2025, I made a reservation through Hotels.com for 3 adults and 1 child at İzmir Sibyl Hotel Erythra, located in Çeşme, İzmir, for the dates July 22–26, 2025. However, I later realized that the reservation was processed for only 2 adults. When I canceled the booking, Hotels.com sent me a message stating that only half of the amount would be refunded and that the refund process would take 7 days. I am requesting a full refund of the total amount charged to my credit card, ₺26,500. I was only informed via message that half the amount would be returned, and I have no direct point of contact to resolve the issue.
