Hotels.com Booking Error - Unacceptable Accommodation
With reservation number 72063216158517, I booked a room through the Hotels.com website for Hotel Celler Auszeit, located near Hannover. When we arrived at the hotel, despite having reserved and paid for a room with one large bed and one single bed, they showed us a small room, claiming that Hotels had only booked a single-bed room. Since it was evening and raining heavily outside, we had no choice but to stay. Two men had to sleep by placing a duvet in the middle of the bed. When we reported the issue to Hotels, they only offered a ₺357 discount voucher. As a result, I no longer trust the Hotels company and will not make any future reservations through them. It is a completely unprofessional company, and we were left in a very uncomfortable situation. You can see the photo of the room we paid for and expected to stay in, as well as the room we were forced to stay in.
