Hotels.com Booked Me a Closed Hotel – Stranded & No Support
On February 9, 2025, I made a reservation through Hotels.com, only to arrive and find out that the hotel was completely closed. I was left stranded at the door with no way to check in, and to make things worse, I couldn't reach a single Hotels.com representative for help.
I’ve been using this platform for almost a year, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust. Even now, I can’t cancel my reservation through the website, and their so-called "assistant" seems to be on vacation since there’s no response.
Hotels.com, this is unacceptable! I demand an immediate resolution and refund. I will never book through your platform again if this issue isn’t fixed!
