Dirty Villa Booked through Hotels.com, No Help from Customer Service
I booked a villa with what seemed like a perfect view from the outside, but the reality inside is far from satisfactory. The rooms are a disaster, supposedly cleaned but clearly untouched. Mud-covered floors, a balcony in filth, and a toilet that is too unsanitary to use. The bathroom has no running water, and the air conditioning doesn't work. Despite a mini-fridge, it doesn't cool. Electricity goes out every evening and doesn't come back. Breakfast includes spoiled cheese, bruised tomatoes, and overcooked eggs from three days ago. The negligent manager, despite our complaints, offers no solutions or attempts to satisfy us. The photo showing a path to the sea is ironic, as there is no such path. Upon entering, no welcoming staff or assistance with luggage is available; you have to carry large suitcases yourself. A poorly managed establishment that fails to deliver on the promise of the exterior. Note: Booking a package tour might result in a better experience with different breakfast and a more welcoming atmosphere. No equality in service.
