Hot Wheels Car Defective Missing Base


On 18 April 2026, I purchased a Hot Wheels Honda City Turbo single car from Migros. When I opened the package, I realized that the bottom part of the car was completely missing, so the product is defective and cannot be used as intended. I still have the purchase receipt, and the product package had not been opened or tampered with in any way before I noticed this defect. I tried to reach customer service regarding this issue, but I could not get through and therefore was unable to report the defect or receive any support. As a solution, I request that an apology package be sent to me due to this clearly defective product and the inability to reach customer service.

One of the two cars I bought from Hot Wheels had its bottom completely missing and broken. I noticed the manufacturing defect even before opening the package, and this shook my confidence. I filed my complaint with the Migros store and Hot Wheels, but I haven't received any response yet and no one has contacted me.
