When we contacted the general service, they insisted on referring us to the technical service, mocking us. Every time a service technician comes to our house, they promise to bring the part the next day, but it takes them 20 days to arrive. They took the machine and left on Thursday, promising to return it by tomorrow noon. Today is Saturday, and there will be no phone calls or deliveries.
