My Hoover Washing Machine Has Been Unrepaired for 6 Months
I purchased a Hoover washing machine just 6 months ago, and it has already encountered a serious malfunction. I reached out to their authorized service through the call center, and they took my machine away 20 days ago. Shockingly, I am still without my washing machine. Currently, within the warranty period, I am entitled to a replacement, but the authorized service is uncooperative. They constantly stall, claiming they are waiting for a part that has yet to arrive. Due to a malfunction that is their responsibility under the 10-year warranty, I have been left stranded for 20 days. This has been a real ordeal, and no one seems willing to assist. I am filing a complaint.
