Hoover Washing Machine E7 Error

I bought a Hoover washing machine (model 210AMBS 10KG Hoover), but after only three months of use, it started displaying the E7 error and leaking clean water all over the floor. In spite of the fact that a service request was submitted, no technician has shown up to address the problem, and I have been unable to identify anyone who is responsible for doing so. It is extremely aggravating that Hoover does not take responsibility for his actions and consistently fails to live up to his obligations. They give the impression of being entirely unresponsive, which leaves customers in the dark. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Avoid coming in contact with them at all costs!

The Service Center is also stalling, very meaningful. They tell me there is a pump malfunction. To the center, it's a mainboard malfunction. We applaud the service that diagnoses the malfunction without seeing the machine. Congratulations...

At the end of the 4th day, they came today. The drum of the machine is broken. They said they will repair it if the part arrives. The service personnel called the authorized person, and it turns out it was a user error, but they graciously said they would repair it for free. We were living in a cave before we got a Hoover anyway. We saw a washing machine for the first time and broke the drum in 3 months. Just say you use poor quality materials and be done with it. By the way, the part is supposed to arrive in 3-6 days. Once the part arrives, they will spend 2 days working on it in the service. As you can understand, I am devastated; I hope you don't go through the same situation.
