Hoover Washing Machine Service Failed Me With No Help Even After Twenty Days

I've been waiting for technical service for my Hoover washing machine (which I've only had for 8 months) since 06.08.2024, and I'm very annoyed. I have been given the service code 6167992, but unfortunately, I have not received any communication or assistance regarding it. It's been complete silence, with no feedback or guidance provided. How can a company exhibit such a high level of irresponsibility? When I purchased the washing machine, they were very focused on providing assistance and support. But now that there's a problem, they seem to have vanished completely. It's quite disheartening to witness such a glaring absence of responsibility. If you profess to prioritize your customers, it is essential to fulfill your commitments, particularly when the responsibility lies with you. I require a prompt resolution for this matter.

Absolutely no feedback, guidance, etc. was provided until we reached the manager through our own efforts. After 20 days, a service was sent upon the manager's direction. You are quite responsible!
At the end of 20 days, we managed to reach the authorized manager on our own, and yes, the service was finally sent! Your irresponsibility is evident from this. No apology, nor anything else!
