Unresolved Issues with the Hoover Washing Machine

Our Customer Service at 0850 811 12 90 told me to file a complaint with the Consumer Court. How will the customer service that told me this be able to help me? I want the machine to be replaced.

I bought a Hoover hw 210AMBS/1-17 10 kg Wi-Fi + Bluetooth Connected 1200 RPM washing machine from Media Markt on July 5, 2003. Unfortunately, the machine proved to be defective. The authorized service technician only connected the machine and checked the water intake and drainage during the installation. I noticed a loud, disturbing noise when I first started using the machine with detergent and fabric softener. I immediately notified the authorized service as well as Hoover. The service representative claimed that they only provided part replacements and advised me to file a complaint with the Consumer Court. Another technician finally arrived after a week of missed appointments. They observed the machine malfunction and replaced the detergent and fabric softener dispensing unit. They confirmed the machine was defective and promised to provide a report for a possible replacement on Monday. When I contacted Hoover, they denied the technician's claim and stated that they would consult with the factory before issuing a report. I have video evidence of the machine's flaws, such as the simultaneous intake of detergent and fabric softener, the loud noise it makes while operating, and the machine's inability to properly wash clothes. I am extremely dissatisfied with Hoover's response and will take the necessary steps to assert my rights, including filing a complaint with the Consumer Court.
