TikTok Account Inaccessible After Email and Phone Change

I am writing regarding my TikTok account named “Shine Africa” which I can no longer access after changing both my email address and phone number. I am based in Kampala, Uganda, and for about three weeks now I have been unable to log back into this account. After the change of my contact details, the usual recovery options no longer work because they are still linked to my old email and phone number. I have tried several times to recover the account using the available options in the app, but I still cannot regain access to it. I kindly request that my “Shine Africa” TikTok account be recovered and securely linked to my new phone number and email address, so that I can continue using it without losing my content and followers. I would appreciate your support and a clear response on how this can be resolved.
