Recovering My TikTok Account

I am writing regarding my TikTok account named “Shine Africa”. I can no longer log in to this account because the phone number I used to register it has changed and I no longer have access to that number, and I have also forgotten the password. This situation has been going on for about three weeks and I am completely locked out of the account. I have tried all the recovery options available on my current device, including the “Forgot password” and other help options in the app, but I could not receive any verification code or regain access to the account, so none of these steps worked for me.
