I Opened A Request at the Hoover Call Center, It's Been 5 Days And No Call
My dryer decided to throw in the towel, and I called up their customer service hotline. They assured me a call back within four days, but it's been five, and I'm still twiddling my thumbs. No return call, no sign of life. It's like waiting for a pot to boil. Now, I'm stuck here playing the waiting game for the technical service to finally ring me up. This is the third round of the same malfunction, and my machine is just five years old. Talk about déjà vu! It's like a broken record, repeating the same old song. At this point, I'm ready to throw in the towel myself. Come on, guys, it's time to fix this glitch or send in a replacement. I've got laundry piling up like a mountain here!
