Hoover Dryer Not Working Properly
The drum of my Hoover dryer was not spinning, which made it impossible to dry clothes. The service technician identified a problem with the drum ramp and took the machine for repair. One week later, they came back, insisting that it had been repaired. Unfortunately, after just one month, the dryer started acting up once more, with the digital display flickering. When I raised concerns about the service, they simply brushed it off, claiming it wasn't their concern. Angry and disappointed, I declined to pay an additional fee for a machine that malfunctioned after only a month. I'm going to head to the authorized service center nearby to address this issue. Additionally, I'm considering reaching out to social media influencers to bring attention to the concerns surrounding Hoover's reliability. I've reached my limit with this machine. Every single part has failed and I'm fed up.
