I purchased a brand-new Hoover dishwasher just a week ago. I've only used it twice, and after the second wash (which only had one pyjama set inside!), the rubber seal inside the dishwasher tore and began leaking.

I reached out to Hoover customer service, and they gave me a staggering quote of $200 to fix the damage! This is totally not okay.

If Hoover fails to provide a satisfactory solution, I will not hesitate to lodge complaints with all available consumer protection agencies.
