Hoover Washing Machine Start Button Failed Again in Months

Although I replaced the front panel of my 4-year-old Hoover washing machine with a brand new one 6–7 months ago for ₺3,500, the same malfunction has occurred again. Now, they are asking for ₺5,500 to replace the front panel once more. This amount is being requested just because the "start" button isn’t working. I use the machine with great care and only a few times a week, so it’s hard to understand how the same issue keeps happening. What’s even more frustrating is that the repeated malfunction, despite occurring only 6–7 months after the previous replacement, is not covered under warranty. This situation is both financially draining and makes me feel unprotected as a consumer.
I still haven't been contacted as a corporate customer. Customer service is uninterested. Today, when I specifically asked about my grievance at Arçelik and Bosch authorized services, they said that when they change the front panel, they provide a 1-year warranty and that they replace it under warranty. They were even surprised and said, 'How can a product have only a 6-month warranty?'
