Hoover Did Not Fix My Dryer Which Still Does Not Dry After Part Replacement

A part of my tumble dryer burned out, and the service team replaced it. However, after the replacement, the machine stopped drying properly. We've called the service multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. They took the machine in and returned it saying they tested it four times and it was drying fine—but they provided no proof. Yet, our machine still doesn't dry. Now they’re blaming the washing machine, claiming it doesn’t spin well. But our laundry comes out of the washer nearly dry. We put it in the dryer on the "sun" setting for four hours, and it still comes out almost as wet as it went in. Once, they even brought a temperature gun and showed us it reached over 80 degrees—but the machine still doesn't dry. Hoover’s service is not solution-oriented at all. I can’t understand how a long-established brand like Hoover can cause so much trouble. If you want to suffer, buy a Hoover. Dear authorities, please hear our voice!
