Hoover Charged Me for Drum Paddle Replacement Despite Warranty on Washer Dryer


My washer and dryer are both Hoover, and I'm really unhappy with them. Two of the plastic drum paddles that help move the clothes have broken. The service team came out and asked for a fee to replace the machine, even though it was still under guarantee. This is not acceptable to me. I don't get how such bad service can happen for a part that is still under guarantee. This experience has made me wish I hadn't bought this machine. I had never expected to receive such poor service, and I'm going to keep making reports until the problem is fixed. I really wish I had picked a different name.
