I cannot use my countertop cooktop set that I bought in Türkiye on May 17, 2025, because the service did not come to the Aydın-Didim district and because it was not assembled. After the product reached me, I created a record on May 29. The service was problematic before, but it came late. This time, the service did not come and the customer service gave the same answer like a parrot. I somehow reached the relevant service and they said that they left it on June 1 due to the problems they had with this company. I called the customer service again from his friend. This time, he said that they sent another service and it would come from the Aydın center. Thereupon, every time I called for 7 days, he stalled by saying that we conveyed urgency and they will send service, and the so-called customer service guys hung up on us. I will never let a bad brand called Hoover enter my house or the house of my friends again. I am waiting for a solution for the return.
