Bad Customer Service and a Broken Hoover Dryer/Washer
About a half a year ago, I decided to invest in a Hoover washer and dryer combo. It experienced two separate failures. The service is either not provided at all or is delayed for several days. I have made multiple calls to the customer service line. They claim that they are working on it, but there hasn't been any progress made. A month went by during which I was unable to use the machine that was only four months old. They are legitimately causing a lot of inconvenience. I'm going to be making a formal complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. It's almost as if there is no after-sales service at all.
