The rear camera glass of my Honor Magic 7 Pro phone cracked. Since I could not find this part anywhere, I sent the device about 20 days ago to Honor’s authorized technical service through Hepsiburada shipping. When I received feedback from the service center, I was informed that I would need to pay $302 USD solely for the repair and replacement of the rear camera glass.
The requested amount appears extremely high and excessive considering the scope of the repair. Being asked to pay such a fee for only a broken rear camera glass has made me regret purchasing this product and has seriously damaged my trust in the brand.
I request that Honor review this repair cost and offer a reasonable and acceptable fee for parts and labor, and that my hardship as a consumer be addressed.
