I Face Major Hardware Failures On My Honor Magic 7 Pro Despite Warranty

On 19.07.2025, I purchased the Honor Magic 7 Pro smartphone from Hepsiburada for ₺53,000. Shockingly, in less than three months, the device became completely unusable. The network signal disappeared, the speaker stopped producing sound, the camera no longer functions, and I am unable to make or receive calls.
I want to stress that the phone was never exposed to water. It carries an IP-rated water resistance certificate, and the only time I cleaned it was once with a lightly damp cloth on the fingerprint area. It has never been dropped into water or exposed to liquid damage.
On 06.09.2025, I submitted the phone to the Adana KVK Service Center. Initially, they told me it would be repaired under warranty. However, the next day, I was billed ₺89,250 for repair costs and the phone was returned without service. I still have my original purchase invoice, and I am certain this issue should be covered under the warranty.
I reached out to Honor Türkiye customer service via both email and phone, but I have received no response so far. I find this silence unacceptable.
I am formally requesting that my Honor Magic 7 Pro be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new device under warranty. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court. I expect urgent action to resolve my case.
