Realme GT Master Edition Repair  On Hold for 30 Days

Because it was broken, I sent my Realme Gt Master Edition to the Adana KVK technical service to be fixed. It was told to me that the product would be fixed for free and that the needed part was on its way. The part still hasn't arrived 30 days after the device was sent on October 18, 2023. Because of this, I asked Realme for a replacement. The company won't take the replacement, even though KVK and I have talked to them via email, saying that they are waiting for the repair part. Realme's attitude like this makes their quality and customer service look bad. I think I will be able to settle this with the Consumer Arbitration Board and get them to pay me for the harm they caused. Realme clearly doesn't care about the law and seems to think less of us. Even though they seem to offer good quality, their devices often break down and their customer service isn't very good. As the saying goes, "there is no friend for the fallen." In this case, too, there is no one to help those who are upset.
