A Green Line Appears on Honor 90 Smartphone Screen
I ordered an Honor 90 mobile phone on August 27, 2023. I received the phone on September 5, 2023, but it's having a strange problem now. Even though I didn't get it wet, expose it to steam, or drop it, the screen flashed green a few times when I was closing it, around two weeks after I bought it. At first, everything was fine, but after a month, the same green flickering happened many times. So, on November 5, 2023, there was this green line that showed up on my screen. It wasn't like a dead pixel that goes up and down, but it was more like a scratch. It appeared at the bottom where the fingerprint animation usually is. I'm really bothered by this. It's definitely not my fault; the issue just happened out of the blue while you were using it normally. I think the problem might be with the motherboard. I'm asking the appropriate departments to look into this. If not, I'll have to complain to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
