Honor 90 Keeps Freezing and Making Loud Noises!

I received the Honor 90 mobile phone, which I ordered, on September 30th. It was a gift for my spouse. When making WhatsApp or regular calls, the phone freezes suddenly, producing a high-pitched, siren-like sound, regardless of whether it's on Wi-Fi or network data. Initially, I thought an update might fix it, but that wasn't the case. I left the phone with authorized service on November 1st; they reset it and returned it, but the problem persisted. On November 10th, I left it again, requesting a device exchange. They reset the phone once more and returned it. This time, I set up my own Android account, thinking maybe an app on my wife's phone was causing the issue. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Today, on November 22nd, I left the phone again for an exchange at the service center. I hope they stand behind their devices. I can't tell if it's a chronic issue with the phone or if I just got a defective unit out of the box. Let's see if they'll back the product they sold.

On November 24th, the KVK Technical Service in Bakırköy returned the phone saying they couldn't find any fault. They reset it and gave it back, and I am experiencing the same issue again. I am waiting for a response from Honor. Currently, I am not taking a negative stance towards the Honor company as the process is ongoing, but I will understand as the process continues. Is it really a company that respects the product it produces and its customers, or is it just a low-quality company only after making money? We will see.

I left it at the KVK service in Bakırköy for the 4th time. I recorded a video of the phone's issue. The problem with the phone continues exactly the same. They did not respond to the email I sent to Honor. I called Honor again, they redirected me to the relevant department once more, but still no response from there either.

I registered the device with Hepsiburada, and they told me to send it to them. I sent the package, and then they said there was nothing they could do and that they would send the device to KVK. For the 5th time, it went to the service through Hepsiburada. Honor Turkey responded on December 22nd, more than 40 days after my initial request. Let's see what happens...

The device came back to me again today. The response from KVK was that the device was tested and the reported malfunction was not observed. Software updates and general maintenance were performed. In other words, the KVK service is expecting a different result by doing the same thing for the fifth time. Despite having video recordings taken at different times, I am being insulted by their repetitive actions. I am absolutely right, do I really need to go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee? I couldn't find a trace of concepts like honesty, rectifying grievances, or customer satisfaction in this brand. They don't stand behind their products at all.

The device, which has been sent to the KVK service 5 times and undergone repairs, still has the same issue. Almost 2 months have passed, and there is no solution.

I still haven't received any response from Honor. Since I got a new phone, the device was sitting idle. There's nothing I can do; I couldn't resolve the issue with the phone, which I am absolutely certain about and have repeatedly proven, through a conscience and customer satisfaction-focused problem-solving approach that should be present in any brand but is lacking in Honor. They don't even bother to respond. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I would say never again with Honor.

The Arbitration Committee acknowledged that the phone was defective. Even Hepsiburada mentioned in their defense that the technical service of this brand was acting in bad faith. Several months have passed, and they haven't even bothered to respond. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against the Honor brand.
