On October 30, 2026 at around 3:20 PM, 699 PHP was automatically debited from my GCash account for a subscription payment to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED without my clear knowledge or consent. I only became aware of this charge when I checked my GCash transaction history and saw the deduction. I tried to reach HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED through the Gmail address linked to the payment, but the email account could not be found, so I was unable to contact the company or clarify what this subscription is about. I request a full refund of the 699 PHP that was deducted from my GCash balance and a proper investigation of this transaction so that similar unauthorized debits will not happen again.
