GCash Charged Me 1,398 for Unauthorized Hong Kong Vcreation Transactions

I discovered unauthorized auto debit transactions in my GCash wallet from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, each in the amount of 699. One transaction was dated October 01, 2026, and another was dated November 02, 2026. I did not make, approve, or consent to any payment, subscription, or enrollment related to this company. These debits were taken from my GCash account without my knowledge or authorization. I am requesting a full refund of the total 1,398 that was deducted without my consent and that these transactions be properly investigated as unauthorized charges. I also request that any current, recurring, or future charges from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to my GCash account be blocked immediately so that this issue does not happen again. I have attached screenshots of the transaction details as proof of the unauthorized debits, and I kindly ask that you process the refund and inform me of the result as soon as possible.
