GCash Must Refund an Unrecognized Hong Kong Vcreation Online Payment

On November 3, 2026 at around 4:01 a.m., an amount of 699 PHP was charged to my GCash account as an online payment to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.” I did not subscribe to or use any service from this company, and I was not making any transaction or using any application at the time this amount was deducted. This is an unauthorized and fraudulent charge on my account. I request that the 699 PHP be fully refunded to my GCash account and that any future transactions from this merchant be blocked so that this does not happen again. I also kindly ask that this incident be investigated urgently and that I be provided with written information explaining the result of your investigation and the actions taken.
