I Found an Unauthorized RM18 Charge From Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited

Today, on 21/06/2026 at 23:18:02, an amount of RM18 was deducted from my TNG eWallet for a transaction to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, even though I never made any order or authorized any payment to this company. The transaction appears in my TNG eWallet history with the following reference number: 20260621190000000000000820001939275. This is an unauthorized transaction, and I am extremely concerned that my account or payment details may have been misused. I have not received any product, service, or order confirmation because I did not place any order in the first place. I request a full refund of the RM18 that was charged without my consent and I also ask that any future charges from Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited to my TNG eWallet be blocked. I would like this issue to be investigated and the unauthorized transaction cancelled so that I do not face similar problems again.
