Unauthorized Hong Kong QuXin Technology Charge on TNG Account

On 17/06/2026, an amount of RM19.00 was deducted from my Touch ‘n Go (TNG) account in relation to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited without my authorization. I did not approve or knowingly make any transaction with this company for that amount, and I noticed the deduction only after checking my TNG balance and transaction history. This deduction is invalid and unauthorized, and I request that this issue be investigated urgently. I kindly ask for a full refund of the RM19.00 to my TNG account and for clarification on how this charge was made so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again.
