Scammer Of Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited
A few days ago, I clicked on an online IQ test link on Facebook that appeared to be free and was provided by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. Throughout the process, there was no clear and visible information indicating that this was a paid service or that any fee would be charged. I completed the IQ test, believing it was entirely free. Today, on 10 March 2026, I received an SMS from my bank stating that RM18 had been deducted from my account by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited for this online IQ test. I did not consent to any paid service, nor did I knowingly approve any payment transaction related to this test. I have not yet contacted my bank or the company, and this is the only such transaction I have seen so far. I find this charge unfair and misleading because the service was presented in a way that made it appear free, without clear information about any cost. I request that the RM18 deducted from my account be fully refunded and that any hidden or unauthorized charges or potential subscriptions related to this online IQ test be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions are made from my account.
