Hong Kong Quxin IQ Test Charges Me Every Month and Won’t Let Me Cancel

I have been charged monthly by a service called “IQ Test” under Hong Kong Quxin on another platform, with a fee of RM18.00 in Malaysia. These charges have been occurring every month since January 2026, even though I do not want to continue this service. When I try to unsubscribe or cancel, there is no visible cancel button or option in the service, so I am unable to stop the payments on my own. There is also no apparent support or help channel that I can reach to resolve this. I request that the subscription for this IQ Test service under Hong Kong Quxin be cancelled immediately and that all future payments of RM18.00 be stopped so that I am no longer charged for a service I do not wish to use.
