Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited IQ Test Charge

A few days ago, I clicked on an IQ test link on Facebook that appeared to be free and was provided by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited. I completed the IQ test believing there would be no charge, as no clear information about any fee was shown to me beforehand. After finishing the test, I received an SMS from my bank informing me that RM18 had been deducted from my account by this company. I did not consent to any paid service, and I did not knowingly approve a payment for this IQ test. I consider this charge to be unfair and misleading because the test was presented as if it were free. I request that the RM18 deducted from my account be fully refunded and that any hidden or unauthorized charges linked to this IQ test be cancelled.
