Hong Kong Quxin Technology Unauthorized PayMaya Charges

I am filing a complaint against Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited for two unjust and unauthorized charges of PHP 250.00 each made through my PayMaya account, even though I do not remember subscribing to any of their apps or services. I only recall answering one of their IQ tests and specifically did not proceed with getting the result because I did not want to subscribe or be charged for anything. Despite this, I was charged PHP 250.00 on January 27, 2026, which at the time I overlooked and could not clearly identify. Today, March 5, 2026, I was again charged PHP 250.00 by “Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited” about eight hours ago. I have never knowingly agreed to any paid subscription, and I did not give clear consent for recurring or one-time charges of this kind, so I consider these payments unauthorized and unfair. I have not yet contacted either PayMaya or Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited directly, and I am bringing this issue forward because I want this situation corrected as soon as possible. I request a full refund of both PHP 250.00 charges, immediate cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been created in my name, and assurance that no further deductions will be made from my PayMaya account by this company. I also state clearly that these are unauthorized charges so that this complaint can be used for dispute purposes with PayMaya as well. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved promptly, as these charges were made without my informed and explicit consent.
