Maya Wallet Charged Monthly by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Without Consent

I am a Maya Wallet user in the Philippines and I have been experiencing automatic monthly deductions from a merchant named “Hong Kong Quxin Technology” for a subscription that I never knowingly subscribed to and have never used. These charges appear every month, either on the first day or the last day of the month, with an amount of around ₱250 per month. So far, I have seen these deductions for March, April, May, and June, with the most recent one on June 1. I contacted Maya Wallet support about these charges, but I was told that they do not control the subscription and that the deductions are automatic, possibly through my email or phone number. This answer is not acceptable to me because the payments are being processed through my Maya Wallet, and I am the one being charged for something I did not authorize or use. I am requesting that this subscription to Hong Kong Quxin Technology be cancelled immediately so that no further deductions will be made from my Maya Wallet, especially on July 1 and in the following months. I want a clear confirmation that the subscription has been stopped and that my account will no longer be charged for this service in the future.
