I am writing regarding an unauthorized deduction of RM18 from my TnG eWallet on April 9, 2026, at 11:57 PM Malaysian time, linked to the service SCL-90 by Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited. I did not provide any consent or knowingly subscribe to any service that would authorize this charge.
This is the only deduction that has occurred so far, but it has raised serious concerns about the security and use of my eWallet. I have the transaction reference and a screenshot from my TnG eWallet confirming this RM18 deduction and can provide them if needed to support the investigation.
I am requesting a full refund of the RM18, the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring charge associated with Hong Kong Quxin Technology Limited or SCL-90, and a clear assurance that no further unauthorized deductions will occur in the future.
I am using my TnG eWallet in Perlis, Malaysia, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and transparently.
