Homend Royaltea Stopped Working After 20 Days, Replacement Denied
I purchased a Homend Royaltea tea maker through A101 Online. About 20 days after I started using the product, I realized that the device completely stopped working. As a result, I sent the product to Homend with a request for replacement. When sending the product, I clearly stated that I wanted a replacement and that I did not want the product to be repaired under any circumstances.
Despite this, Homend ignored my request and repaired the product instead, then sent it back to me. Even though I had used the product for a very short time and experienced a total failure from the beginning, choosing repair instead of replacement has caused me inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
From the very start, my request has been either a product replacement or, if that is not possible, a full refund. I ask Homend to reconsider this process with customer satisfaction in mind and to resolve my grievance fairly.
