I bought a Homend kitchen blender, but it stopped working just a few weeks after purchase. How can I request a return or warranty repair?

If your blender failed shortly after purchase, you have consumer rights. You are entitled to free warranty repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the defect.

What to do:

Check your receipt and warranty card. If missing, request proof of purchase from the store.

Send a written claim to the seller stating the model, purchase date, defect description, and your demand (repair, replacement, or refund). Attach photos/videos and a receipt copy.

Return the product for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, you can request free repair, replacement, or a refund. If refused, ask for a written explanation.
