Homend Does Not Honor Warranty and Offers No Solution for Faulty Product
I bought a product from Homend hoping for dependable service and support, but I was met with nothing but excuses and a complete absence of accountability. After the product malfunctioned, I was informed that there were no replacement parts available and was directed to reach out to the seller for assistance. The promised two-year warranty seems to hold no value, as they provided no effective solutions. I spent almost 15 minutes on the phone with Ms. R**** from the call center, only to be informed that they couldn’t help me and that there were no higher authorities to escalate my issue. This experience has made me doubt the company's honesty and dedication to ensuring customer happiness. I truly wish I hadn't chosen this brand and would not suggest their products to anyone.
