Homend 1762 Glass Teapot Issue: Replacement Parts Not Available Anymore


I purchased the Homend 1762 model about three years ago from a store, and I have never been satisfied with its glass teapot. Two separate glass teapots cracked and broke while simply brewing tea—the first one around two or three months ago, and the second one yesterday under the same normal use. Now, even if I want to buy a replacement, the glass teapot compatible with the 1762 model is out of stock. I am unable to use the product at all. I request that Homend restart the production of glass teapots for the 1762 model and make compatible replacements available.
