Hiyoo Imposes Unfair Device Ban Over False "Streamer Poaching" Accusation

For the past three months, I have maintained an active, compliant presence on the Hiyoo application, hosting my own broadcast room and adhering strictly to all community standards and room guidelines.

Recently, an outside user joined my room and began actively promoting a third-party application called "e Parti," encouraging me to download it and create an account. I did not download the app, create an account, or endorse the platform in any way; I simply listened neutrally while hosting my stream. Shortly after this interaction, Hiyoo moderation issued an immediate, permanent device ban (cihaz banı) against my hardware, falsely accusing me of "streamer poaching" (yayıncı çekmek).

Punishing a room host with a permanent hardware ban for the unsolicited verbal solicitation of a guest—while taking no action against the party actually promoting the external app—is an egregious failure of contextual moderation. I committed no violation, attempted no user redirection, and operated entirely within platform rules.

I demand that Hiyoo’s upper management conduct an immediate manual audit of the room's voice/chat logs, reverse this unfounded device ban, and restore full access to my account. I expect prompt written notification regarding the resolution through my registered contact details or in-app messaging.
