Hiyoo Bans Account Without Prior Warning for Mentioning App Name in Private Chat

On or around August 25, 2026, my account on the Hiyoo application was abruptly banned, permanently revoking my access to my profile, personal data, and accumulated content. The stated rationale for this penalty was the mention of a third-party application name within the platform's chat panel.

I explicitly clarify that this reference was made strictly as a benign, context-specific example during a private conversation with a friend—not as commercial advertising, spam, or malicious external redirection. Imposing an immediate lifetime ban without prior warnings, automated filtering alerts, or an opportunity to clarify the context constitutes an unreasonable and disproportionate enforcement action.

I demand that Hiyoo moderation conduct a comprehensive manual review of my account history and message context, overrule the automated suspension, and immediately reactivate my account to restore access to my personal data and profile.
