Hint Charged Without My Permission, Trying To Get Refund??
I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges that have been taken from my bank account by Hint.com in Wilmington, Delaware. I did not knowingly approve these subscription payments and only noticed them when reviewing my bank statements. These unauthorized charges began around December 25, and the total amount taken is approximately $150. I do not have any subscription or order number, and I could not find a clear way to contact the company directly, which is why I am submitting this complaint. I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges taken from my account, in the approximate total amount of $150, and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card or bank account. I also ask that my payment details be removed from any active billing system so that no further charges are made without my explicit consent. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly, and I would like to be informed in writing about the actions taken regarding my refund and the cancellation of any subscription in my name.
