Unlawful Hint Subscription Charging My Account

I recently discovered a charge from Hint Inc on my account in the amount of $30.99 on March 29, 2026, in Florida, USA. I have never ordered any product, signed up for any subscription, or knowingly had any contact with this company before seeing this charge. I did not approve any subscription or recurring payment to Hint Inc, and I do not understand how my information was obtained or used for this transaction. I have not yet been able to contact Hint Inc directly and I am submitting this complaint as my first formal step to resolve the issue. I am very uncomfortable that a subscription appears to have been created in my name without my consent and that my payment details seem to have been used without my authorization. I request an immediate and full refund of the $30.99 that was charged, the prompt cancellation of any subscription or recurring order that may have been created under my name or payment method, and the complete removal of all my personal and payment information from Hint Inc’s systems. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled, my data has been deleted, and no further charges will be made to my account.
