Never Used Hint App but They Keep Withdrawing Money

Hello,
For several months, Hint App has been withdrawing large amounts of money from my card without my knowledge or authorization. I have never used the app, nor have I even logged into it once.

I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of all unauthorized charges. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible — this situation has caused me financial inconvenience and frustration.
