I discovered that Hint America Inc. charged my card $29.99 today, 03/03/2026, for a subscription that I did not want, request, or authorize. I never knowingly signed up for any subscription with this company, and this unexpected charge appeared without my consent. The transaction reference on my statement is RVKS7KWAM. After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank and reported it as unauthorized. However, I am also reaching out directly to Hint America Inc. because I want this issue resolved promptly and clearly from your side as well. I request that the $29.99 unauthorized charge be fully refunded, that any subscription linked to my name, email, or card be immediately canceled, and that my card details be removed from your systems so that no further charges can be made without my explicit consent. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been canceled and that no additional payments will be taken in the future.
