Hint App Payment Issue Need Refund And Subscription Cancellation
I am writing because money has been taken from my debit card by the Hint app even though I did not subscribe to any paid package. I was charged on 23 March and again on 30 March without my consent, and I want these unauthorized payments to be fully refunded to me. I have not contacted Hint support or my bank yet, but I expect the company to immediately cancel any existing paid service linked to my account, stop any further charges, and return all amounts taken without my approval. I also request a clear explanation of how these charges were made without a subscription and confirmation that my card details will not be used again without my explicit consent.
