I recently discovered that my Arvest bank account has been charged $7.99 per month by a company or service called “Hinntapp,” even though I have never knowingly signed up for, used, or authorized anything under this name. I only noticed these charges today while reviewing my account activity, and I am very concerned that these are unauthorized transactions. Since I do not recognize Hinntapp at all and have no relationship with this service, I consider these charges to be unauthorized. I am requesting that all future payments to Hinntapp be stopped immediately and that I be refunded for all Hinntapp charges that have been taken from my Arvest account to date. I will also be contacting Arvest directly to dispute these transactions, but I am submitting this complaint so that the situation is formally reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.
