Hint App Unauthorized Subscription Charge Refund Request

I made a one-time payment of only €0.50 in the Hint App for a simple analysis ad, and I did not start any membership or subscription. Despite this, this morning I noticed that €29.99 (which appears as $51 in my statement) was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or approval. The transaction appears on my statement as “Hint APP/EU” and was charged to my card ending in 2015.

I filed a dispute with my bank regarding this transaction and am waiting for the process to be completed. However, I do not accept being charged when I never approved or activated any subscription, and this situation has caused me inconvenience.

I request the immediate refund of the unauthorized €29.99 charge and the cancellation of any subscriptions or memberships that may have been activated in the background without my consent. I also ask that the necessary checks be carried out to ensure that such unauthorized charges do not happen again, and that written confirmation be provided to me.
