Hint App Unauthorized Subscription Charges
I am being charged by Hint App for a subscription or service that I do not recognise and never knowingly signed up for. The transactions appeared on my bank statement in January and February, each for the amount of 45.99, with no further description explaining what the product or service is. I genuinely do not know what this subscription is for and have no information about it. I tried to contact Hint App to understand what these charges are and to have any possible subscription cancelled, but I have not received any reply from them. I also contacted my bank about these payments, and they advised me to ask the merchant to cancel the subscription, however since Hint App is not responding, I have been unable to resolve the issue directly with them. I request that Hint App immediately cancel any subscription or service linked to my details, provide a full refund for the charges taken in January and February (45.99 each), and clearly explain what this subscription is and how my details were used. I also ask for written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my account.
